CENTRIFUGAL COVER ORIENTEER
Our centrifugal cap orienters feed and orient caps with a wide range of diameters and heights.
They are used to orient caps in systems that require high throughput feeding.
INPUT CONVEYOR BELT
The input conveyors move the caps/parts to the module that performs the productive operation of the machine.
OUTPUT CONVEYOR BELT
The exit conveyors are applied in the unloading of pieces.
On the conveyor, it is possible to carry out the ejection of defective pieces, the counting of pieces, and the derivation to multiple channels for filling boxes.
HOPPER ELEVATOR
Hopper elevators accumulate caps and dispense them onto the part orienter, loading is usually in bulk by an operator or direct from the mold.
ROLL UNWINDER/REWINDER
Unwinds/winds up the liner or label roll to be processed
ACCUMULATOR TABLE
Feeder lung for cap loading, also divided into two or more loading channels
VISION SYSTEM
Vision systems are applied in control processes for low or high speed productions, allowing exhaustive control of caps/parts.
BOX SHIFTER DOUBLE DECK AUTOMATIC BOX SYSTEM
The box shifter is used to optimize the available space.
The boxes are positioned empty and the automatic system is in charge of loading the lids, changing the box and positioning it in the exit area. Its double-deck design allows for ergonomic unloading and comfort for operation.
